Thomas Melville
Thomas Melville is a professional photographer who has won numerous awards for his news, sports, and feature photos for newspapers in New York, North Carolina, and Maryland. He has also earned awards for his fine art photography shown in juried shows at the Art League of Ocean City, in Ocean City, Md., and the Art Institute and Gallery in Salisbury, Md. His fine art photographs of flowers were featured in a solo show at the Adcock Art Gallery in Snow Hill, Md., and currently has beach-themed photos hanging in The Globe restaurant and gallery in Berlin, Md.
He is the former editor and part owner of the Bayside Gazette newspaper in Berlin, Md., and currently is a freelance photographer for The Daily Times, Worcester County Times, Ocean Pines Independent on Maryland's Eastern Shore. He lives in Ocean City, Md., with his two cats, Goose and Duffy.
